Scór na nÓg makes a welcome return this weekend. On Friday night it will be hosted at St Patricks College Dungannon at 7pm for the following events:- Rince Foirne; Amhranaiocht Aonair; Rince Seit and Nuchleas and on Sunday at 3pm in St Joseph’s Hall Omagh for Ballad Group; Coel Uirlise and Aithriseoireacht. Ádh mór and Go raibh maith agaibh to all the young people representing the Club at the weekend.
As a club, we welcome ideas and proposals for initiatives aimed at developing the club as a healthy space for all our members and for our wider community. Our first Health and Well-being Sub-Committee meeting of the New Year will be held at the clubrooms at 8:30 pm on Monday 28 February. Anyone interested in joining is invited to come along. Our Youth Presentation Night for our U13 boys; U15 boys and U16 girls has been pencilled in for Monday 21st March in the Patrician. Details to follow through the groups.
Membership for 2022 is now due. All adult players and parents for our youth can log into their https://www.foireann.ie/ account (Return to Play) and register for their team. Youth £10, Adult £40, Spirit of Carmen £20 and Family Membership £100. If you have any problems with registration, please get in touch with our club secretary or any committee member.
The Club Dinner dance to acknowledge our minor boys, minor girls, U19 men, senior ladies and senior men, and our Uachtarán for 2022, Christina McElduff, takes place in the Glenavon Hotel on Saturday 5th March. Tickets cost £32.50 and can be purchased on Monday at the clubrooms between 8pm & 9pm.
The Get Walking – Ireland lights up five-week challenge finishes this Wednesday, 23rd February. We have smashed the 4,000KM limit and will be in the draw for O’Neill’s vouchers. We have 12,544.3KM registered so far. Please keep on being active.
