Please complete your nominations below adding motions/proposals to the back of this sheet. Members should sign and leave forms in the postbox at the clubrooms or leave with the Rúnaí not later than 25th Samhain (25thNovember).  Alternatively, send through tosecretary.carrickmorestcolmcilles.tyrone@gaa.ie.
Please note that permission must be sought from nominee prior to their nomination.
