An Charraig Mhór Naomh Colmcille – Nótaí an Chlub 23rd November 2023

Our U14 boys grade 1 team team lost out 1.10 – 1.7to Eglish in the league semi-final while our development team were defeated by Omagh in the league.

 

Our U14 boys development team play Cookstown in the league semi-final at 11am on Saturday at PáircColmcille.

 

On Friday night, in the Patrician Hall we hosted a very enjoyable 3-in-a-row Celebration – 1977-79. Special guests included the players and mentors of the 3 years and their wives/partners, families, friends and supporters. Check out our social media for a video and photographs from the night.

 

Our club shop is now online at https://tinyurl.com/siopaclubcarmen. Any order required for Christmas must be placed on their website by 30th November – jerseys, shorts etc.  There will be a closing down sale at our shop at Páirc Colmcille until all stock is sold, opening hours are Thursday 7.30-8.30pm.

 

Irish Language classes with Cormac will continue on a Tuesday at 8pm in the clubrooms.

 

Ceile Dancing with Dominic Molloy continues on a Wednesday at 8pm in the clubrooms.

Mass for deceased members of An Charraig Mhór GFC will take place on Monday 27th November at 7.30pm in St Colmcilles Church.

 

Carrickmore All-Stars concluded on Sunday in Carrickmore Youth Centre with a visit from Santa Claus. It was very worthwhile and another 6 week programme will commence in early 2024.

 

Our club AGM will take place on Sunday 3rdDecember at 6pm in the clubrooms.

 

This week’s club lotto results were 10,19,20,21,23. After a redraw there were 4 winners matching three correct numbers. Comhghairdeas to Conor Daly, Patrick Daly, Mary B Fox and Padraig McPhillips on winning £25. Next weeks jackpot is £10,650.
