An Charraig Mhór Naomh Colmcille – Nótaí an Chlub 20ú Mhárta 2023

Both our U16 team had wins at Páirc Colmcille on Saturday against Galbally and Clonoe. The U14s girls continued with their winning ways on Sunday morning against Donaghmore. Our U20 boys lost out to a strong Coalisland team.
Saturday the U16 boys travel to Ardboe for an 11am throw in while the U16 development team play Errigal Ciaran in Dunmoyle at 12.30. On Sunday our minor girls season commences with an away trip to Aghaloo for 11am. U20 boys have an 11am throw in at Páirc Colmcille against Dungannon. The U14 girls take on Dromore at 6.30pm on Tuesday 28th March while the U16s also travel to Dromore on Wednesday 29th at 7pm. Please keep an eye on social media for any fixture changes.

Congratulations to Daithi McCallan, Oran Keyes, Ciaran McBride and Omagh CBS on winning the Hogan Cup Final in Croke Park on St Patrick’s Day. A fantastic achievement!

Commiserations to both our ceile dancers and quiz team to participated in the Scór na nÓg on Sunday. Our ceile dancers, Clara Rose Marley, Aoibhe Kerr, Takia Johnston, Connie Coyle, Ava Byrne, Roise McCallan, Grainne Donnelly and Blathnaid McCrory. Our quiz team was made up of Roise McCallan, Ava Byrne, Grace Donnelly and Brendan Daly. They did us all very proud.

Club membership is now due, and you can register by logging into www.foireann.ie.

The Couch to 5K programme runs every Monday at 7.15pm and is free of charge.

Rang Gaeilge continues every Tuesday at 7.30pm in the clubrooms. Classes are for beginners and improvers. New members are very welcome.

Céili Dancing is on Wednesday evenings at 8pm with Dominic Molloy in the clubrooms.

All those interested in applying for a £50 Gaeltacht Scholarship through Tyrone LGFA please email Secretary.tyrone@lgfa.ie. There are 10 available and the closing date is 7th April.
