Our  U13 Grade 1B team lost by the narrowest of margins away to Loch Mhic Ruairí. The  Grade 4B team drew home against Achadh Uí  Áráin. The 1B team travel to An Ceapach on Thursday 21st at 7:15pm. On the same day & time the 4B team face Airgeal Chiaráin.

The U14 girls league commences on Tuesday 19th at home to An Chorr Chríochach at 7pm. Our senior ladies league campaign begins away to Airgeal Chiaráin on Sunday 24th April. The ladies minor team are away to the same opposition on Tuesday 26th at 7:15pm.

Our U19 men’s team play Omagh away this Sunday at 1pm.

Comhghairdeas to Johnny, Cormac and the entire Tír Eoghain team on their first round victory over Fear Manach.

Ádh mór to the Tyrone U20’s team including our own club players Brian Conway, James Donaghy, Tiarnan McGarrity, Lorcan McGarrity and Seamus Sweeney in the Ulster Championship final against Cavan this Friday in Brewster Park at 8pm.

Ádh mór to the Tír Eoghain hurling team who face Armagh in the Nickey Rackard cup at Pairc Colmcille this Saturday 23rd. Ádh mór fosta to Gerard Donnelly, Conor Gormley on the management team; and  Pearse Byrne and Conn Sweeney and the entire Tír Eoghain U17 team who face Cavan in the Minor Championship in Omagh at 6pm on Saturday.

Year one of the relaunched Spirit of Carmen has concluded. If you have not renewed, please contact a committee member or our club treasurer at treasurer.carrickmorestcolmcilles.tyrone@gaa.ie to get involved. All monies raised are going towards the Indoor multi-purpose sports facility to allow current and future club stars to continue training no matter the weather. Bígí Linn. Join Us. The April Spirt of Carmen draw will be held on Easter Tuesday (19th April) at 8:30pm.

Please note that Sam Maguire will be visiting the Club this Monday 25th April at 1pm. We are inviting local people who may be at Home or who are available on this day to drop down to the Clubrooms for tea, coffee and a chat. Bring a friend or family member if you can.

Laps for Ladies began on Monday 18th April. This is a great way to get active while also helping Tyrone Ladies GFA and our own club.

Local clubs, including our own club, helped to launch the Darkness Into Light Clogher Valley Walk. You can Register at www.darknessintolight.ie for the event, which takes place on Saturday 7th May 2022 in Ballygawley.

Ceili dancing continues each Wednesday, from 8:30 pm – 10 pm, in the clubrooms with Dominic Molloy.
