Our Senior men overcame a determined Ómaigh team in the league on a 2-11 to 0-15 scoreline. The Reserve team had to settle for a draw in an equally entertaining encounter, 1-11 to 2-8. In an early morning match on Sunday, our reserves beat Na Fianna Oileán an Ghuail CLG in the first round of the championship 0-15 to 0-9. Next up for the seniors and reserves is a league match with our parish neighbours Loughmacrory at Páirc an Locha this Friday 22nd, at 6:45pm & 8pm.
Our senior ladies continued their good league form with a 5-10 to 0-9 win over Trí Leac. They now travel to Cookstown this Saturday 23rd at 7pm, for Round 7 of their league. Mí-ádh to our U-14 girls & management. They lost away to a strong Kildress side in the quarter-final of the Grade 1 Championship on Monday evening.
The Ladies Minor championship quarterfinal takes place this Tuesday at Pairc Colmcille at 7:30pm, with Moortown providing the opposition.
This Wednesday, our U17 boys meet An Ómaigh at home at 7:30pm in round 9 of their Grade 1 league campaign. On Thursday 21st, the U15 Grade 1 boys travel to Dunmoyle to face Errigal Ciaran in Round 1 of their league. Round 2 of their league is on Monday 25th at home at 7:30pm against Cappagh,
For our U15 Grade3B Boys, Round 2 of their league campaign is this Saturday 23rd, against Naomh Eoghan at home at 2pm.
The Youth Presentation has been postponed until later in the summertime.
