Our Ladies Minor team travel to Fr Hackett Park, Augher, this Sunday, 18th December, to meet the Lurgan ladies in the Ulster Ladies Minor Club Championship final. Throw In is at 1:30 pm. This Saturday morning between 10 am and 12 noon, there is a coffee morning in St Columbkilles Primary School in support of two youth teams competing in Ulster club championship matches this Sunday. Our ladies’ minor team compete in the Ulster club championship final at 1:30 pm in Augher against Lurgan Ladies. Earlier in the day, the U17 Eire Og hurling team compete in the Ulster Shield Semi-final at 11 am in Ballinascreen against Belnaleck (Fermanagh). Please support. Bígí Linn. Join us.
The Club Shop will continue to open on Thursday from 7:30 pm to 8:00 pm for current stock items. We hope to receive delivery from O’Neills this week for the Merchandise order for Christmas on Club Hub. So if all is well, collections from clubrooms are on Monday 19th and Tuesday 20th evenings. Keep an eye on social media for confirmation.
Our youth presentation for U13 boys, U15 boys, u16 girls and minor girls will now take place on 12th January. The AGM will take place on Sunday, 15th January. Céili dancing class continues every Wednesday, at 8.30 pm, in the clubrooms with Dominic Molloy.
Rang Gaeilge (Irish Class) Autumn classes for beginners and improvers continue in the club rooms every Tuesday at 8 pm. With an earlier start for absolute beginners of 7:30 pm. To get involved, contact Cormac at 07769910958. All new starts are very welcome.
The club have circuits on Thursday at 6 pm, 6:30 pm and 7 pm. They are free, and there are free slots for people to attend. On Thursday, at 11 am, the one-hour walking club continues. Everyone is very welcome. The club continues to switch on the training pitch lights between 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm each Tuesday and Thursday evening to provide a safe facility for people to walk and run. In the new year, a free twelve-week, one-day-a-week Couch25K programme will begin on Monday, 23rd January, at 7 pm. Keep an eye on social media for details on how to signup.
