Our U17 boys lost at home in the league against Cappagh on Sunday. Saturday saw our U13 boys produce a convincing win at home against Cappagh. Our second U13 team play drew away against Urney. This Saturday sees both U13 teams facing An Ómaigh home and away at 11am. Our Minor Ladies’ first league match is at home on Tuesday 29th Vs Ard Bó. Ádh mór to all our teams for the year ahead.
Membership for 2022 is now due, and all players need to be registered for the year ahead. All adult players and parents for our youth can log into their https://www.foireann.ie/account (Return to Play) and register for their team. Youth £10, Adult £40, Spirit of Carmen £20 and Family Membership £100. If you have any problems with registration, please get in touch with our club secretary or any committee member. There will be a membership night in the Dean Maguirc College on Thursday 24th March at 7 pm – 8:30 pm for anyone struggling with the online registration process.
Year one of the relaunched Spirit of Carmen has concluded. A spring clean-up is planned at the club this Saturday 26th beginning at 9am. All volunteers are very welcome.
Ceili dancing will reconvene for the first-time post-Covid lockdown next Wednesday, 30th March, from 8:30 pm – 10 pm in the clubrooms with Dominic Molloy

Go raibh míle maith agaibh to Eilís Ní Goirmleadhaigh and the Patrician committee for providing the facilities and to our own finance and events subcommittee on successfully hosting The Blackwater Céilí band. With tea and snacks provided to all, this Seachtain na Gaeilge event proved to be a great night’s entertainment and fun for all the family. Maith sibh agus comhghairdeas.
